"What you do EVERYDAY matters more than what you do EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE"
I have been a trainer since 1997, shortly after receiving my B.S. degree from the University of West Florida in Exercise Science. The drive and passion was fired from my fathers health that was slowly deteriorating and ultimately lead to his early death at 59 years of age. My desire was and is to help others live more abundant and healthy lives. I have worked in the individual space, the corporate setting, team environment (Denver Barbarians Strength and Conditioning program) and in 2013 began working in the space of yoga and meditation. I have found the most embraceable peace by devoting time every day to my meditation practice. At 45 years of age, time is no friend and the only thing to keep me young and vital is a good health and wellness practice. If you have been struggling to stay on task, let me help you. I will work with you to customize a fitness plan that will not only help keep you healthy, but keep you motivated to keep coming back.
